Imagine still, that in the midst of this personal horror, that someone is trying to kill you. That they're determined to shoot you and you don't know why.
I enjoyed this mysterious thriller, it highlighted the scariness and creepiness of amnesia and the extent we rely on our memories to get by in everyday life.
One thing I noticed:
25% how could mom hold a purse he bought her for Xmas if she died while giving birth to him?

This book got carried away going from one guilty person to the next, and at the end leaving the reader more confused as to what actually happened.
I'm on the edge of my seat, and then it's over. I hope there is more on the way because I had a wonderful time with this one.
I loved this book. I loved that there were no typos! The story had me questioning what was going on at each page. Loved the ending. Great job!!
So, is this just the intro to a complete novel? The story ends with literally no questions answered.
If there's no sequel, than I don't understand the purpose of this book.A lot of questions - not one answer.
Why even bother to publish this? Unless as an introduction to the full sized novel.
As it stands, it's worthless, and not even deserving one star, no matter how well written.
Was a good read and I was anxious to reach the end. However, the ending was confusing and I am totally in the dark.
I love mysteries and I definitely recommend this book! Imagine losing your memory and having no knowledge of who you are! What happened in your past and who do you trust?? To me that would be pretty darn scary!!
I hope that the author writes a sequel, because it left me wanting to know what could happen next!!

Written by fiction author Chris Martin, Unknown (True Identity) is more than a good story, it's a promising action thriller series that would bring reader's the chance to enjoy a great novella for a low price and take advantage of the reading device.
After reading Unknown (True Identity), the following quote comes to mind "Description begins in the writer's imagination, but should finish in the reader's" (Stephen King). Trust me, the author clearly fulfiled this goal.
There were a few places that I had to go back and re-read as I was having a hard time following the story; but the twist at the end reward it. I read the entire book in one sitting. Unknown (True Identity) is a good story worth more than .99 cents and I suggest you hook up with author's blog and his writing. I was not disappointed in doing so.
It is the first novella in the True Identity series; I can't wait to read the following books of the series
